Favorite time of day to skate: Usually on Tuesday adult nite at Playland or Wednesday after work at Veloway. Favorite skating event: Texas Roadrash Marathon Awards/ Competitive Wins: I haven’t competed in any events (yet). Your 'why'/ what do you get from skating: I skate to exercise and enjoy the outdoors.

Would like to do this year in skating: Enter the ½ marathon next year in Texas Road Rash. It’ll be my 1st time to compete in a skating event.

Other sports/hobbies you enjoy: Road cycling, classical ballet, numismatics

Favorite skating gadget/tool: My best friend fixes my skates.

Helpful advice to other skaters/ Beginners: Inline skating is fun, but definitely different than skating on quads. Get a higher inline skate boot so you’ll have more ankle support to begin building up your strength and endurance. I’ll save my money for the Bont’s when I’ve got more experience.
